We plan from years of first-hand travel experience and a love of discovering places through their food, culture and people. We listen to what matters to you, then help turn those ideas into a trip that feels like yours.

We plan your trip with you. Bookings are arranged through House of Travel Montreal, the agency we are affiliated with.
House of Travel Montreal is a member of Ensemble, a North American network of independent travel agencies. Through the agency, we have access to Ensemble's preferred partners, including airlines, cruise lines, hotels and tour operators.
We also book all-inclusive stays with brands such as Hyatt Inclusive Collection and Beaches Resorts, cruises with Norwegian Cruise Line, and tours with G Adventures, Intrepid Travel and Tours Chanteclerc.

Quebec traveller protection
Because House of Travel Montreal holds a Quebec travel agent permit, your booking is covered free of charge by Quebec’s travel agent customers’ compensation fund (FICAV). Buying directly from an airline, hotel or cruise line, or through an agency that does not hold the permit, is not covered.

Are there planning fees?
Your first conversation is always free. All-inclusive holidays and cruises: no planning fee. Custom multi-destination or international journeys: $400 CAD. Destination weddings and groups: free planning; booking and payment terms are discussed with you before you reserve your group travel package. Fees are confirmed before any work begins and paid to House of Travel Montreal, which issues your receipt.
Does booking with us cost more than booking online?
Generally, no. Suppliers pay the agency a commission, so for all-inclusive holidays and cruises the price is normally the same as booking direct, with no planning fee. Where a planning fee applies, we confirm the amount before any work begins.
What do I gain by using an advisor?
Help comparing the options that matter: resort location, room category, flight connections, cruise cabins and group arrangements. You have someone to ask questions before booking and to contact if your plans change.
Can you work with my budget?
Yes. Share a comfortable budget and your priorities. We explain what is realistic and where a different date, destination or travel style could offer a better fit.
When will I hear from you?
We reply within one business day, in English or French. If departure is soon, mention it in your request so we can understand your timing.
